Veggie Soup with Hanaa Qats
INGREDIENTS
• Hanaa oats whole grain
• Tomatoes
• Shahea corn oil
• Onions
• Celery
• Carrots
• Broccoli
• Black pepper
• Salt
• Red pepper
• Water.
PREPARATION
- In a pot, heat the oil and cook the onions with the celery.
- Add the raw vegetables gradually and let them cook.
- Once the vegetables are tender add the broccoli with salt and pepper then add tomatoes, red pepper and Hanaa oats whole grain
- Add water and let it cook for 5 minutes. Serve it hot.
