Veggie Soup with Hanaa Qats

INGREDIENTS

  • •       Hanaa oats whole grain

    •       Tomatoes

    •       Shahea corn oil

    •       Onions

    •       Celery

    •       Carrots

    •       Broccoli

    •       Black pepper

    •       Salt

    •       Red pepper

    •       Water.

     

PREPARATION

  1. In a pot, heat the oil and cook the onions with the celery.
  2. Add the raw vegetables gradually and let them cook.
  3. Once the vegetables are tender add the broccoli with salt and pepper then add tomatoes, red pepper and Hanaa oats whole grain
  4. Add water and let it cook for  5 minutes. Serve it hot.
