2 tbsp Hanaa Whole Grain Instant Oats
1 Apple
1 Banana
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Goji berries
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Milk
Wash and core the apple, cut into chunks and add to the blender with ¾ cup of milk.
Blend the apple into a puree.
Add banana, Hanaa Whole Grain Instant Oats, chia seeds, goji berries, cinnamon, and the rest of the milk.
Blend again until smooth.
