Green Power Oat Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

    • ¼ cup Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)

    • ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk

    • 1 cup baby spinach leaves

    • ¼ cup parsley leaves

    • ½ cup cored and chopped green apple

    • 1 tbsp honey

    • 1 tsp lemon juice

    • ½ cup ice

PREPARATION

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Serve cold immediately
