Oats with Grapes

INGREDIENTS

    • ½ cup Hanaa Whole Grain Oats

    • ½ cup grapes, halved

    • 1 tsp honey

    • ½ tsp vanilla extract

    • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese

    • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

    • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice

    • 12 pecan halves, chopped

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl or jar, stir together Hanaa Whole Grain Oats, grapes, honey, vanilla, cottage cheese, almond milk, and pumpkin pie spice. (It will be thick and might seem dry, but the oats will soften as they sit.)

  2. Refrigerate at least 6 hours.

  3. Serve cold, topped with chopped pecans
