Maple French Toast Vegan Oats

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup Hanaa Whole Grain Oats

    • ½ banana, mashed

    • ½ tsp cinnamon

    • ½ tsp vanilla extract

    • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

    • 1 tsp flaxseed meal

    • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened

PREPARATION

  1. Mash ½ banana in a medium-sized container.

  2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and let sit for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  3. Serve with fresh berries, sliced banana, and ground cinnamon.
