· 2 cups Hanaa oats
· 2 cups flour
· ½ cup oil
· 1 tbsp salt
· 1 cup water
· 4 tbsp starch
· ½ cup sesame
· The filling as desired (ground meat, cheese, spinach…)
1. Mix the dry ingredients, add oil and water gradually and mix well until combine and get the dough
2. Put the dough in the refrigerator to rest for half an hour
3. Open it with a hook, cut it and stuff it as desired
