· 2 Steak Hanaa Gourmet Albacore Tuna
· 1 tsp thyme, dried
· ½ tsp garlic powder
· ½ tsp paprika powder
· 1 tbsp olive oil
· salt & black pepper
For the pasta salad:
· 1 can Hanaa Sweet Corn, drained
· 1 onion, sliced
· 1 cucumber, diced
· 1 can white beans, drained
· 150 g Fusilli pasta, cooked
· ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
· 1 tbsp honey
· 2 lemons, juiced
· 2 tsp mustard
· black pepper
1. Marinate Steak Hanaa Gourmet Albacore Tuna with the dried thyme, garlic powder and paprika powder and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in pan and pan-fry the tuna steaks 1-2 minutes on each side on medium heat.
3. Serve the tuna steaks on top of the pasta salad.
