Tuna steak with rice

INGREDIENTS

    • 2 Hanaa Gourmet Grilled Tuna Steak with Black Pepper

    • 1 cup rice

    • 2 cups water

    • 3 cups fresh spinach

    • 2 tsp lemon juice

    • 2 tbsp oil

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce

    • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

    • 1 clove garlic, minced

    • 1 tsp lime juice

PREPARATION

Rice:

  1. In a medium sauce pan bring water to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 mins.

Spinach:

  1. In a fry pan on medium heat. place lemon juice and spinach. cover and steam for 5 mins.

Tuna:

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients together and coat the tuna steaks with the marinade, cover tightly, and refrigerate for at least an hour.

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium high to high heat. When the pan is hot, remove the tuna steaks from the marinade and sear them for a minute to a minute and a half on each side.

  3. Remove from pan and slice into slices.
