Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • •       1 cup Hanaa oats

    •       1/2 cup Hanaa oats whole grain,

    •       3 tablespoons coconut sugar

    •       2 tablespoons coconut oil

    •       1 egg

    •       3/4 cup low-fat milk

    •       1 teaspoon baking soda

    •       1 teaspoon baking powder

    •       1 teaspoon vanilla Dash of salt

     

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl mix all dry ingredients
  2. In another bowl put all liquid ingredients and mix.
  3. Add both mixture together and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Prepare a pan on medium heat then put a quarter cup or one scoop of pancake mixture.
  5. Serve with fruits or syrup
