Lasagna Soup

INGREDIENTS

  • •       500 g minced meat

    •       200 g of chopped lasagna

    •       1 large onion minced with coarsely chopped

    •       1 large carrot cut in very small squares

    •       3 celery sticks finely chopped

    •       6 smashed garlic cloves

    •       1 Hanaa Chopped Tomatoes

    •       4 Spoons of tomato sauce

    •       2 Spoons of olive oil

    •       2 oz each of oregano-basil dried

    •       1 oud of rosemary + 10 wild thymes with some food thread

    •       2 1/2 liter water or half of it is water mixed with the other half  which is beef broth

    •       Mozzarella cheese + Parmesan cheese as desired

    •       Parsley is chopped as desired

    •       Salt and black pepper as desired

     

PREPARATION

  1. On a pot of fire, put the olive oil and onions and turn for 3 minutes then put the celery , the garlic and the carrots and stir for 3 minutes
  2. Then put the minced meat and spices and cook well until the meat is well cooked.
  3. Put the Hanaa Chopped Tomatoes  and tomato sauce and the rosemary, thyme and water and let it boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Take out the rosemary and thyme and then put the lasagna and let it boil until it cooks well then turn off the fire and put some cheese and parsley on it.
