Oatbread Tuna with Pomegranate

INGREDIENTS

  • •       1 Hanaa canned tuna

    •       1 small white onion finely chopped

    •       1 tablespoon Mayonnaise

    •       1 tablespoon mustard

    •       1 tablespoon Ketchup

    •       4 tablespoons pomegranate or as desired

    •       Lemon juice as desired

    •       Salt and black pepper as desired

    •       Slices of oatbread for serving

    •       Dill for decoration

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, place the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, onion, lemon juice, salt and black pepper and stir well.
  2. Then place a teaspoon of the filling on the Ritz biscuits,
  3. Decorate with sumac and dill and serve as a light and delicious appetizer
