Tuna Spring Rolls

INGREDIENTS

  • •       1 Hanaa canned tuna

    •       1 Small onion finely chopped

    •       1/2 carrot grated

    •       3 garlic cloves minced

    •       2 chopped green onions

    •       1 tablespoon soy sauce

    •       1 teaspoon Chinese spices

    •       White Pepper to taste

    •       2 tablespoon olive oil

    •       Spring Roll wrapper

    •       Frying oil

     

PREPARATION

  1. In a pan, heat the olive oil until it is a little hot and put the onions until they turn brown.
  2. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the green onions, carrots, spices, soy sauce and tuna and cook for two minutes.
  4. Allow the filling to cool completely and then fill with spring roll wrappers and deep fry them until golden.
  5. Serve with Sweet Chili Sauce.
