Pasta with Oregano

INGREDIENTS

  • •       3 cloves garlic, chopped?EUREUR 

    •       2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil?EUREUR

    •       2 Hanaa chopped tomatoes?EUREUR

    •       1 tsp dried oregano

    •       1 tsp salt

    •       1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

    •       Fresh oregano leaves (optional)

     

PREPARATION

  1. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, lightly brown the garlic in the oil.
  2. Add Hanaa chopped tomatoes and crush with a wooden spoon.
  3. Add the dried oregano, salt and red pepper flakes.
  4. Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 30 minutes or until the sauce thickens.?EUREUR
  5. When ready to serve, add a few leaves of fresh oregano.
  6. Delicious with potato gnocchi.
