Healthy Oats Parfait

INGREDIENTS

  • •       1 Cup Hanaa Oats Whole Grain

    •       3/4 Cup mixed nuts

    •       2 tablespoon coconut sugar

    •       1 teaspoon cinnamon

    •       Greek yogurt

    •       Fruits for serving

    •       Honey

     

PREPARATION

  1. In a pan on medium heat, cook the oats and nuts until crispy.
  2. Turn heat off and place sugar.
  3. Place the mixture in serving cups and cover with Greek yogurt, fruits and honey.
