Quinoa Oatmeal Soup

INGREDIENTS

  • ·         1 cup Hanaa oats whole grain

    ·         3/4 Kg Kenoa cooked

    ·         1 Kg tomato juice

    ·         2 Teaspoon tomato sauce

    ·         1 small onion finely chopped

    ·         8 kg Water or Chicken broth

    ·         1 cube of vegetable or chicken broth

    ·         1 Teaspoon for each (powder cumin - coriander powder)

    ·         Corret soup spices

    ·         Salt and black pepper as desired

    ·         1 Tablespoon olive oil.

     

PREPARATION

1.       In a pot  put some oil , add the broth, tomato juice. Hanaa Chopped Tomatoes, the soup's seasonings, and spices.

2.       Let it boil for 5 minutes then add the quinoa, Hanaa Oats Whole Grain , salt and pepper.

3.       Leave it to boil for 20-25 minutes on a medium fire .
