Tuna Biryani

INGREDIENTS

  • •       Hanaa canned tuna

    •       Onion

    •       Garlic

    •       Ginger

    •       Hot pepper

    •       Correct spices

    •       Red pepper

    •       Biryani Spices

    •       Green mint

    •       Hanaa chopped tomatoes

    •       Water

    •       Salt

    •       Yogurt

    •       Saffron oil

PREPARATION

  1. Put filtered tuna oil in a pan, then add chopped onions, green pepper, right spices, red pepper, biryani spices, stir and add green mint leaves.
  2. Then add the blissful tomato sauce, a little water and salt.
  3. Put on top a little sauce mixture with yogurt and finally put the tuna and put it on the fire until it thickens.
  4. Boil the rice half level, add it over the mixture and add saffron oil, mint leaf, and fried onion.
  5. Add more tuna and leave until the rice is completely flat.
  6. Garnish with green peppers and fried onions.
