Compressed Tuna

INGREDIENTS

  • •       Per 3 Hanaa canned tuna

    •       2 cups long brown basmati rice

    •       Large onion cubes

    •       0.5 Teaspoon of Saffron

    •       Tablespoon of Capsi Pepper

    •       Tablespoon of Garlic

    •       Mixed Spices

     

PREPARATION

  1. Put half of the amout of Hanaa canned tuna in a pan and cook the onion with this oil. Add Garlic, pepper, some saffron. Pour 5 cups of water with tuna and add a 1.5 tablespoon of salt and leave it for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the rice sown rice to the broth and pour some water in it . Lower the over temperature and put some pepper and mint for the flavor and add the rest of the tuna to the recipe.
  3. When the level of water reach the rice's level , lock the presto and leave it for 10 minutes under a low temperature.
