Grilled Fish with Hanaa Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • •      Hanaa Oats Whole Grain

    •      Green onions

    •      Parsley

    •      Lemon zest

    •      Salt and pepper

    •      Olive oil

    •      Hamour fish

    •      Lemon juice

PREPARATION

1.   Put a tbsp of parsley, a tbsp of green onion in the mixer. Add the lemon zest and salt and pepper and mix them well the add olive oil

2.   Add Hanaa Oats Whole Grain then mix again.

3.   Cover the fish fillet with the herbs and oats mix then enter the oven. When ready, cover it with lemon juice.
