Broccoli Soup with Hanaa Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • •      Hanaa Oats Whole Grain

    •      Onion

    •      Salt

    •      Nutmeg

    •      Chicken stock

    •      Water

    •      Broccoli

PREPARATION

1.   Put the chopped onion on low heat, and Salt and nutmeg, then two cups of chicken stock, add some boiling water to the mix and leave to boil.

2.   Add half a cup of whole grain oats and broccoli.

3.    Mix with a blender and serve it hot.
