Potato Fingers with Tuna

INGREDIENTS

  • Boiled potato, large size

    • 1/3 cup crumbs 
    • 1/2 cup coriander and parsley
    • 2 chopped green onion sticks
    • Paprika
    • Cumin
    • Garlic powder
    • Salt
    • Black pepper
    • Hanaa tuna 

PREPARATION

1. Put the ingredients in a bowl then mix it well.

2. add the tuna and mix again.

3.Form a mixture of fingers 

dip in eggs, then crumbs

4. Put in the freezer for half an hour.

5. Finally, fry fingers with medium heat oil or bake in pans.
