•2 Hanaa Tuna Steak with Sweet Chilli Sauce
•2 burger buns with sesame, split open
•2 to 4 leaves of lettuce
•For the Tartare
•1 cup of mayonnaise
•1 medium pickled cucumber chopped into small pieces making 1 Tbsp
•2 Tbsp pickled capers chopped
•A small bunch of fennel fronds, finely chopped
1.Prepare the Tartare sauce: Add all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Put 1 Tbsp of Tartare sauce on the lower layer of each bun .
2.Add Hanaa Gourmet Tuna steak on the sauce. Add lettuce leaves on top of each. Put the upper layer of bun on top .
3.Serve immediately with mixed greens and cherry tomatoes on the side
