Oats Egg Omelet with vegetables

INGREDIENTS

  • • ¼ cup Hanaa Whole Grain Oats

    •Hanaa Sunflower Oil, as desired for frying

    •2 eggs 4 Tbsp milk

    •1 tsp Oregano

    •1/6 tsp ground black pepper

    •1 pinch turmeric powder

    •Salt to taste

    Chopped Vegetables:

    •2 Tbsp Hanaa chopped tomatoes

    •2 Tbsp onions

    •2 Tbsp grated carrot

    •2 Tbsp capsicum

    •2 Tbsp chopped coriander leaves

PREPARATION

1.Mix Hanaa Oats, turmeric, salt, pepper, and oregano in a bowl.

2.Pour milk and make batter.

3.Add the eggs and beat till light frothy.

4.Heat a Pan with Hanaa Sunflower oil.

5.Add the veggies and fry for 2 minutes.

6.Spread the veggies evenly then pour eggs mixture on top. When the oats omelet firms up, flip to the other side and cook till it is ready.

7.Garnish and serve hot
