?-? 1/2 cup shredded (or desiccated) coconut
?-? 1/2 tsp and 1/8 tsp salt

?-? 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
?-? 2 Tbsp coconut oil
1.Line 8- by 8-inch tray with parchment paper; set aside.
2.Toss raisins, oats, walnuts, coconut, salt, and vanilla in large bowl to combine.
3.Place mixture in food processor (if too small to fit entire batch, do in batches) and process in pulses just until mixture forms large clumps.
4.Transfer mixture back to large bowl, add sunflower seeds and coconut oil, and then mix with hands.
5.Then transfer mixture into tray and press firmly in order to form an equally flat surface.
6.Place in refrigerator for about an hour. Remove from tray and cut into bars
