1. Mix all dry ingredients with each other (except walnut) and set aside.
2. Mix all the liquid ingredients together, pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ones and mix until the mixture is homogeneous. Add the walnuts and fold with the mixture
3. Bake at 180C for 25-30 mins
