Eggplant & Tomatoes Starter

INGREDIENTS

  • •      Eggplant

    •      Olive oil

    •      Hanaa chopped tomatoes with garlic and onions

    •      Chickpeas

    •      Parsley

    •      Salt and spices

     

PREPARATION

1.   Cover the chopped eggplant pieces with olive oil and enter the over.

2.   In a pan, mix the tomato with chickpeas and parsley and salt and spices.

3.   Add the eggplant and serve it hot.
