Dough Ingredients:
• 1 Cup of Yogurt ( Room Temperature)
• 1/2 Cup of Water
• 2 T.b. of sugar
• 3 T.b. of milk powder
• 1 T.b. of yeast
• 1/4 Cup of oil, 3 Cups of Flour
• 1 T.s. of Salt. 1 T.s. of Baking Powder
Pizza Sauce Ingredients:
• 1 Chopped onion
• 1 Packet of Hanaa Chopped Tomatoes
• 2 Garlic cloves, 2 T.s. Of Olive Oil
• 1 T.s. of Sugar,2 T.s. of Food Sauce
Spices (oregano spray + rosemary spray + ground pepper + black pepper and salt )
Additions: (fried chicken breast, mozzarella, cheddar cheese)Braciole With Hanaa Chopped Tomatoes.
1. Mix the yogurt with the water, the sugar, the milk powder, the yeast and the oil then add to them the flour, the salt and the baking powder.
2. Then knead it if it is hard add a little bit of water. The most important thing is that the dough should be spongy and not hard, and let it ferment for 30 minutes.
