Kebab with Goulash

INGREDIENTS

  • Goulash

    Yogurt

    For kebabs 

    Minced meat

    Onion, finely chopped

    Minced parsley

    Salt and black pepper

    Paprika

    Turkish spices

     

    Tomato sauce:

    Hanaa Tomatoes Chopped

    butter

    A tablespoon of tomato paste

    Salt and black pepper

    Paprika

    Pinch of sugar

PREPARATION

Mix minced meat, onion, parsley and spices together

Grease two layers of goulash with butter, then add the kebab, wrap it and cut it into slices

We put it in a greased tray in the oven at a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 to 30 minutes 

 

We prepare tomato sauce

Melt a piece of butter, add tomato paste, and then stir in Hanaa Tomatoes Chopped, add the spices and a pink of sugar, cover and leave over medium heat for 10 minutes

 

After preparing the kebab, serve it with yogurt and tomato sauce and decorate it with parsley and a pinch of pepper
