Oatmeal Cupcakes with Dates

INGREDIENTS

  • •       A cup and a quarter of Hanaa oats whole grain

    •       3 tablespoons of yoghurt milk

    •       3 eggs

    •       9 beads pass

    •       1 Teaspoon of vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder

    •       12 pieces of raw nuts ( halfs )

    •       Sauce ingredients:

    •       Two tablespoons of yoghurt

    •       5 grains pass

    •       half teaspoon of vanilla 

     

PREPARATION

  1. Put all the ingredients aside from the oats in the blender and mix well until they become a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Add  Hanaa oats whole grain and  mix for a few seconds only
  3. Distribute in non-stick cupcakes molds and distribute walnut pieces on the surface
  4. Bake in a medium temperature over for 20 minutes

Sauce preparation:

  1. Put the ingredients in the blender into a homogeneous mixture and then put it in the freezer until frozen.
  2. Then spread over the cake.
  3. For lovers of a more sweet flavors , you can add drops of honey.
