Jareesh with Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • Onions
    Chicken breasts
    Cumin and salt
    Oat Hana
    Yoghurt??EUR
    ??EUR
    For the topping:
    Oil and onions
    Tomato Paste
    Ground black lemon
    Mixed pepper and salt seasoning

PREPARATION

In a pan, heat the oil and add onions then chicken breasts, cumin, salt, boiled water and oats, of course the amount of water will be twice the amount of oats

Cover the pan and let it cook from 25 to 30 minutes. Remove the chicken and slice it and return it to the pot,

Add milk and let it cook on a low fire 20 minutes or until it thickens
