Hanaa Oat Biscuits with Halloumi Cheese and Cucumber

  • 1 Pack Hanaa Oat Biscuits
  • 250g Halloumi Cheese, cut into thin slices
  • Cucumber
  • Olives
  • Pepper

Recipe Instructions

Next, follow the steps to finalize your dish and finally be able to enjoy it!
  1. Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat/flame, about 200 degrees.

  2. Cut the halloumi into slices.

  3. Once hot, place the halloumi on the grill. Flip each slice after about 3 minutes, or once golden-brown grill marks appear. Grill on other side then remove from grill.

  4. Arrange the Hanaa Biscuits on a serving plate. Take the Grilled Halloumi and cut it in half, then cut the halves into slices and top it on the Hanaa biscuits

  5. Slice the Cumber into thin slices and top it above the cheese

  6. Add some olives season with pepper and serve!
